    Purchase Process

If you are interested in a puppy and want to be added to our waiting list, or just have questions, email us. We love to talk dogs, and are happy to answer any questions you may have.

To get on our waiting list, you will need to fill out an
    Application.

Once you are approved and on our waiting list, you will be updated on when our girls come into season, when they've been bred, when we have pregnancy confirmation, and when the puppies are born.

We begin accepting deposits once the pregnancy has been confirmed and they are non-refundable.

The number of deposits we accept are determined by the number of puppies in the litter, and how many we plan to keep. This often doesn't happen until the puppies are 8 weeks of age.

Puppy placements are selected by us and we work hard to temperament test every puppy and determine the right puppy for each family. We always breed for ourselves first, and we always plan to keep something from the litter.

We DO NOT SHIP puppies! Out of the area families must have prior dog experience. We are easily reached via the Denver or Colorado Springs Airports.

All puppies are registered with the American Kennel Club AKC.  Griff pups will include NAVHDA registration.

All puppies are sold on limited registration.  AKC Full Registration/Breeding Rights are only available to those who show or compete with their dogs.   These pups will remain on co-own with us until Final Clearances and proof of a title is provided to us.

AKC registration (NAVHDA if you are getting a griff) and a registered Microchip is provided with each puppy. They will have had their Wellness Exams and first vaccinations. You are provided with a Puppy Packet which includes photographs, pedigrees, and copies of clearances. There is no 100% guarantee that any puppy will be free of health problems. We take great care in evaluating the health and soundness of our girls and the studs we choose for our litters. Even two parents who are free of hereditary diseases can produce a health problem from time to time. Screening reduces the chance of problems. We guarantee our puppies for 26 months against severe/non-functional hip dysplasia.

The pups are raised in our home for maximum socialization. They will be socialized with our adult dogs, as well as our family and friends and learn to live with normal household noises. Our puppies are also exposed to early neurological stimulation and they have experienced 7 surfaces (carpet, gravel, sand, etc.) by 7 weeks of age. You can be assured that your future family companion will be well socialized.

We recommended that our puppy families do not spay or neuter their new puppy until 18 months or older. Information about long term health risks and benefits can be read here. If you have any questions or concerns, we ask that you discuss this with us prior to setting up the appointment with your vet.

For new puppy families, we've put together a list of alot of the products we use all the time with our dogs.  Hopefully you find it helpful!
